About the program

Our executive development process consists of two main components.

+ Executive offsite

A two-day executive offsite to kick off the process, with additional quarterly facilitations to maintain momentum.

+ Individual coaching

Ongoing individual coaching to provide a framework that allows specific team members to enhance performance and address skills gaps.

Executive Offsite


The executive development program begins with a two-day executive offsite dedicated to diving deep into team dynamics and uncovering opportunities.

We recommend a two-day quarterly offsite to review progress and continue developing the objectives outlined in the initial offsite.

Sessions include activities such as:

  • An Insights Discovery workshop

  • A team effectiveness assessment (based on Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team)

  • Establishing a rallying cry and defining what is most important right now

  • Identifying and making progress on objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Individual Coaching


For executives who need ongoing or individual support, we recommend both team and individual coaching.

Individual coaching sessions are one hour in duration and generally occur every other week (two sessions per month).

During individual coaching sessions, we focus on the following:

  • Personality and preferences: We examine how personal communication styles can be adjusted to produce better personal satisfaction and team results as well as overcome roadblocks.

  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth: We identify skills gaps to fill, tweak communication styles for optimal impact, and find opportunities to develop with new projects. 

  • Aspirations and impact: We dig deep to discuss short- and long-term goals, your vision for your career, and what you want to gain from this experience.
